4 Tbsp. Butter

1 tsp. Vanilla
4 C Powdered Sugar
Directions
In a bowl, Mix together softened cream cheese and butter until fully combined. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the gf flour, granulated sugar, salt, baking soda, and powdered sugar. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.

Remove the dough from the fridge and roll it out with a rolling pin to ¼ in. thick. Using cookie cutters of your choosing, cut out your cookies and place them on a baking sheet 2 in. apart.
Bake in the oven for 10-13 minutes, or until slightly brown on the edges.
Allow to cool completely before frosting.
For the frosting cream together the cream cheese and the butter until smooth. Add in the salt and butter, mix until combined. Slowly add in the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Frost the cookies and ENJOY!
