We give you all of the recipe and none of the gluten!
Ingredients
1/2 C unsalted butter (cubed)
2 C granulated sugar
1/2 C milk
1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 C creamy peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
3 C quick oats (gluten free)
Directions
In a medium sauce pan melt the butter, sugar, milk, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Bring to a boil, and boil for 1 minute. Make sure to constantly stir the mixture. After 1 minute, remove from heat. Add in peanut butter (use any nut butter you prefer), vanilla extract, and kosher salt. Mix until smooth. Next, add in the gluten-free quick oats. Stir until combined.
Scoop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Let cool completely before serving.
