As always we give you all of the recipe and none of the fluff.
Ingredients
1 ½ c sugar
¾ c great value gluten free flour*
⅔ c dark cocoa powder, sifted
½ c powdered sugar, sifted
½ c dark chocolate chips
¾ tsp. sea salt
2 large eggs
½ c canola oil or olive oil
2 tbsp. water
½ tsp. vanilla
Directions
Preheat your oven to 325°F. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, flour, dark cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla until combined.
Add the dry mix into the wet mix, 1/3 at a time, and stir until combined.
Pour the batter into the pan and smooth out the top. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes; don’t overcook the brownies; they will dry out. Enjoy with a glass of milk or with a helping of vanilla ice cream!!
*We always use our favorite Gluten Free flour by Great Value at Walmart. We've tried them all to find the best, so you don't have to.
